Internal factors in the business
Mr. Pham Gia Tuc - Vice President, VCCI (Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry) who affirms that creating business culture plays a significant role in developing a firm, especially when the company does business in globalization process.
Culture business includes cultural values about material and spirit which made common cultural life. Nowadays economic trend is stable development which means have to solve social and environment problems. Essence of this point is to establish relationship among people with each other and between human and nature in order to create new generation, new economy and new society, which arises new kind of culture in business.
How does culture become business strength?
Economic integration condition created many advantages for different forms of company. However, this situation makes the firms to compete with domestic competitors as well as foreign opponents. Due to awareness of value of business culture in recent years, Vietnam companies focused on building culture in workplace in order to hold the market position and effective business.
Value of business culture is very large. So, how do the companies turn culture into strength to sustainably develop and contribute to stable of the society? To building and develop the business culture, the firms have to realize full and correct about culture not only in the company but also in the whole society; hence, the firms need train staffs so as to ensure about quality and quantity as wells which is followed by specialized requirements, it means that the employees are professional at work. Furthermore, the owner business should make the staffs to feel comfortable and consider the company like a family through regulations concerning rewards and punishments, especially advantages for all employees who can show their own abilities. Besides, the Government should propose the policies to manage as well as motivate the firm to do business.
Establishing durable connection between firm and employee is a process that transforming from realization to action. It is clear that a good working – relationship would have positive impact on development of the company and the society as well as right and benefit of the employee, which is a goal and a developing motivation of each company.
