PostSubject: Globalism and Cultural Synergy    Globalism and Cultural Synergy I_icon_minitimeTue Mar 25, 2014 9:11 am

In recent decades, the impact of globalization to national culture is a topic many people are interested, especially in countries outside the West, should be developed, and boasts a culture oldest native. Because " culture " and " globalization " are complex ideas , think about the relationship between these two categories . Past few verify the way the culture is changing according to time, is evident from generation to generation. There are also many ways to understand globalization. Some people think of it as the rapid progress of modern technology (especially transport, communications, and information processing) . Some people use that term to describe the increasingly interlaced network of international exchange. Some people think of it as the imposition of the capitalist economy, namely the U.S. , on the other economy . Of course, everyone knows that there are three face contacts with each other. So let us together to learn about aspects of national identity and globalization. Ethnic identity affects how to globalization. But the notion of "national identity" at first listen it's clear and compelling, it is not easy to determine. Firstly, almost all countries are now multi-ethnic, religions. What is the identity of a multi-racial country? Furthermore, over the millennia, the identity of each race (it seems nowadays homogeneous) as well as blends of exotic cultural flows. What is the identity of the originating country, and there's only national? Second, ethnic identity is not always what is honorable. View several such virtues are often assigned to Vietnam as diligence, thrift and community support. Look closely, hardworking employees are not always good (so parents can love doing it but neglected children), excess savings are also not welcome.  Globalization concept is easy to see that most of us are from the diffusion of English. For many people, a further concern is the universal language of English. The spread of English today are consequence both the cause of globalization. Some factors are obvious: the development of commercial and multi-national companies, the greater spreading of the mass media of the United States, the explosion of the Internet, and U.S. influence in the language of music, costumes, cuisine, sports, and entertainment.

It is true that English is increasingly more users (80% of Internet content using English). That means that the local languages disappearing? And how widespread it is bad? Or because thanks to globalization that many dialects exist, grow even more? Many people believe the spread of English as the language of globalization is harmless; others see it as the phenomenon of language imperialism. Also keep in mind this is a universal benefit for trade and technology, raise incomes for most people. A basic economic principle is that almost every goal there are significant trade-offs needed: want to add something, the other down. Culture and globalization it is undeniable that culture will be affected by trade, economy, and some aspects of that will affect many people unhappy. Globalization will pose many challenges, many new problems for those who have a certain cultural prejudices. But the challenges and problems that are inevitable when society changes, generations collide, and the international exchanges increasingly more interlaced. Also found that cultural diversity will make the cultural heritage of humanity more abundantly.
