THE RELATIONSHIP:


1. Language teach habits, traditions, religions and customs of their culture.
2. Language is a carrier of one's culture.
3. Every culture defines what to say, when and to whom, just as it dictates pronunciation, syntax and vocabulary.
=> I Mean if you dont understand what they hint through their language, they never succee.
Japan is an example. They never say No if they dont approve with you. they will talk beat around the bush, but through these words, you should understand deeply what their idea is. => It is Japnaese culture.

But, it is different in europe countries. They will say no immediately if they disapprove with you before explaining you the reason as well as, if they agree with you , they will say fast
