At present, Virtual organizations are very popular. It is using a combination of information and communication technologies to accomplish a task. It offers substantial business opportunities to service providers, especially existing operators of telecommunications networks, data centers and application, facilities. However, it often has many difficult problems:
-          Firstly, the different culture, religion, languages are a reality happening. Members came from a lot of countries with dissimilar almost everything,
-          Secondly, the trust between other members, It impact effectiveness in virtual organizations. They find it difficult to trust each other as well as their fears about how they are working, not face to face , just work over the internet.
-          Third, there is a problem with communication systems. As a member of trouble on the network or computer, unfinished work, then the rest must wait for members to discuss it, or joined together. Beside, members in a virtual team may find it frustrating that messages are misunderstood or not received by other members thereby resulting in inefficiencies. Moreover, there is the delay in waiting for a response after a message is delivered that critical information must be passed on in a timely manner.
