Culture has always been a vital element for the study of international businesses. In the fact, culture is not really simple. It is very complicated. The complexities are many cultural happening in the business, mainly the global organization. So, Cultural Researchers studied, recorded, describe the differences in the organization of the different cultures. The discussions about cultural systems and complexity were discussed frequently on a notion from simple to more complex cultural systems. Base on, Encyclopedia of Evolution, Mitchell and Newman define a complex system as “a group or organization which is made up of many interacting parts”. Or a group of culture traits all interrelated and dominated by one essential trait like nationalism. A cultural system can be compared with the code base of a computer game. Basic the game is made up of a system of simple code. The bigger game need bigger code systems because more information needs to be stored for each possible decision-making point, game assets and interactions among subsystems and objects within the game. When a lot of players to play or greater, it will be more complicated. Similarly, human agents in cultural systems hold information about many areas like knowledge, environment... and all of information together constitutes a cultural system. So we have to try to manage firm, limit cultural complexity to enhance work efficiency.
