When cooperate with Russians, there are several things that we should know about their culture in order to have suitable behavior and get a successful negotiation.

- The Russians are interested in engineering, natural science, art, music and literature. A partner can talk at a high intellectual level will make Russia admire. Russians will appreciate the partners have knowledge of different sectors. Especially Russian culture.
- Russian wants to negotiate with people who have the same powers, social status and age because they think that it is the respect to partner in business.
- About work hours, the Russians always want their partners to be on time, even come first.
- Business card is very important. In any document or contract, the Russians also claim to have both English and Russian language.. Most Russians have the conception that “speak our language or say nothing”

- The Russians do not like the rush. They want the business meeting will take place slowly
- Russian people do not like if their partner laughs or sitting cross-legged during the negotiations, they consider it is rude. If in the process of negotiating partners to smile without reason, the Russians will be suspicious behavior and purpose of partners, because the Russians think that kinds of smile is only reserved for those with unusual neurological or verbal faux pas. Vietnamese people consider that smile when talking to partners is elegant and good faith.
- The thing that employer shout at employee is unacceptable. They consider that it is dishourable.
