Conflicts with coworkers can make you very uncomfortable, and if you do not know how to solve,it will lead to the disagreements and negatively affect the work of both parties. Fortunately, you can avoid the unnecessary infighting and transfer from the negative situation into a positive, and gives good results for both sides,by following these ways :

1. Positive Thinking

If someone does not agree with your opinion and view, it does not mean that he or she (or you) is wrong, but just because every person look at the problem in a different position. Instead of arguing, let's find out what makes other people think so. You can learn something new from that.
Understanding certainly will help you properly clear before embarking on resolving conflict .

2. Find out many plans
One problem often has more than one solution. Give your brain a chance to show its intelligence.
A conflict means that two solutions were found. Let's think together and find some other answers. This way is beneficial to both of you.

3. Sharing

The Principle "Always listen always understood" not only brought great success to Prudential, it also brings success in resolving conflicts as well as .
Give your partner the opportunity to speak first (understand him) and then you will be heard. After the rains of the warm memories, the mind will be fresh and ready to give the necessary concessions for mutual benefit.

4. Sincerity
Once fully understand the cause of the problem, we will be more clever in behavior.
This is also the time to express your feelings and thoughts about on-going conflicts and then resolve it. Not imposing, not blaming , just sharing. Nobody could refuse your sincere sharing.

5. Learning from experiences
After everything is resolved, do not forget to spend time recording the lessons learned from this incident and avoid repeating it in the next time.
With the methods of resolving conflicts positively, both will be satisfied.
