COCA COLA

- In India, the company had to change ít marketing message when it was discovered that water was drunk at most meals and soft drinks were typically reserved for guests and special occasions
 
- In Japan, DIET COKE was renamed " Coke Light" after the firm learned that the term " DIET " carried an embarrassing coonotation 

- When Coca cola entered the China market , the named their product something that when pronounced, like " Coca cola. But the problem here was the charaters used meant " BITE THE WAX TADPOLE' . => When they learned of the blunder, they also changed a set of characters meaning " HAPPINESS IN THE MOUTH "
