| Culture in workplace is culture of an organization, so it is not communication culture or culture business as thought of someone; it is not a slogan of the owner company which is suspended in the gate or in the lobby or in the meeting room. It is just a ideal or a hope. Anything we want can be totally different to value, belief and standard which are showed in the fact and in the behavior of each employee. It is clear that manager cannot build a culture without impacting the benefits which the company brings to.  For instance, employees need to be trained to realize that wearing the uniform or putting on the membership card, which express the pride when being a staff of the company, and these are very useful with employees’ job but not to advertise for the firm. There are many values which contribute to create a culture of the company. They can be honesty, self-awareness, cleverness, confidence and creativeness, and so on. These values are foundation to orient for culture in the company. And they are represented through 2 things: tangible expression and invisible expression. Tangible expression of culture in business includes uniform, workplace environment, benefit, organization structure, relationships, etc. and the second can be rules or regulations, behavior, belief, standard and so on. Based on the expression, managers can control their employees about working effective as well as behavior of each member with the others. Consequently, the essence of culture in workplace should motivate staffs show all abilities to work the best, and help each staff to improve themselves day by day. |
