When adapting globalization, we should meet with some problems such as train employees how to communicate within new enviroments and people. It seems to be a serious problem. however, there are some training programs recommened to cope with them at best:
- Technological model: this method uses global video conferencing and computeraided learning to train employees and their families for overseas assignment
- Multidimensional model : it combines cognitive, affective, and behavioral aspects of training => it will be better to prepare participants for a successful overseas assignment, but overwhelming
- Cultural awareness: is a culture - general apprach that stresses affective goals and emphasizes cultural insights and awareness.
- Area- training model: is a culture - specific approach that emphasizes experiential process.
- Intellectual model: is a culture- specific classroom model. This is used to emphasize cognitive understanding and learn knowlege.
