- Create a virtual wall and put up electronic plaques to recognise team members’ contributions.
-Create special awards and recognition for team members who collaborate on corporate wins.This can be especially important for lower-profile remote contributors.
-Set standards for frequency of recognition, for example weekly, to assure that team members perceive that their work is seen and appreciated.


Colleagues
- Periodically post a comment about the contribution of a coworker.
- Communicate appreciation and value of coworkers.
- Try to avoid communication that might be misunderstood.
